Sport is good for you – and it's not just health. We already know, and they said a lot of great people that regular exercise is good for us.

But as someone who plays regularly athlete I have learned that it is much more than just exercise. Let's start with some widely accepted views. First, with regular exercise helps your vital organs. This in turn helps to fight other diseases more effectively and stay healthy in general.
