Why sport is good for you – and it's much more than just keeping fit

Sport is good for you – and it's not just health. We already know, and they said a lot of great people that regular exercise is good for us.

But as someone who plays regularly athlete I have learned that it is much more than just exercise. Let's start with some widely accepted views. First, with regular exercise helps your vital organs. Getting your heart pumping, lungs working deep in the legs or arm muscles working hard to improve the strength and stamina that we have. This in turn helps to fight other diseases more effectively and stay healthy in general. In addition, of course, if you play competitive sport regularly, you are more likely to have a state of mind, which is more offensive, and then the fight.

The second key is the fact that sport is one of the most effective ways of losing weight or keeping weight off. Doing some exercise that leaves you breathless (not apart from) ultimately help burn fat. Keep in mind that this is likely to be hurt at first console himself the old saying. "No pain, no gain" And you know that the debates did not weight gain. That lighter puts less strain on the muscles and the heart, so probably less joint pain and a stronger heart and live longer!

What else? The sport is a good soul. Only in the game or participate in active sport often means that you commit yourself to things specified time with others. So, if you play football, you have to turn up in time to train or play matches. If you play tennis, badminton and squash, you can arrange games with other people. And if we run or to the gym is a good idea to do it with someone else. Simply doing more dedicated. Once you have committed, and had a great day at work and do not really want to go to, and exercised tonight, it is more likely to do it anyway, you've agreed to meet another person. I talked to many other people (and I experience this myself) who say that after taking your exercise and you've had a shower and a drink, you can always feel much better, and the troubles of the day seems to melt away. This is a great spiritual detoxification. It is easier to return the troubles of his own box and more things into proportion. So like I said, it's good for the soul – a busy and stressful day, the more you need it to balance his life.

Playing sports with another person or persons who can get things ratio is another reason as well. It is easy to stop at the end of the day to dwell on the things that happened during the day, and in these difficult times, to feel down or disappointed. But you know that the other person or people do not want to hear about it – so quite simply they do not have troubles. You focus on something else – hopefully something that you shared, and which is more positive. It's a good thing for the soul, the mental state, and it will help you achieve a better work-life balance.

They all say they want a good work-life balance, but achieving it is one simple and important part. Here ends the lesson! Above all, seek the things that you can enjoy life and have fun!
